Wettenhalls has unveiled a special centennial truck and trailer to celebrate its 100 years of operation in 2025.
The company was initially formed in 1925 under the name Amezdroz and Menzies, also known as A&M, in the Victorian suburb of Colac in 1925. It was then renamed Amezdroz and Sons in 1984 before being rebranded the Wettenhalls in 2004.
The company is still owned by the Amezdroz family, and it has embarked on a string of acquisitions over the past decade including Rodons Transport in 2014, Bill Stocks Transport in 2016, AusPro Logistics and Imperial Cranes in 2018, and Ryans Freight and Allied Transport Services in 2019.
“This stunning new addition to our fleet represents the perfect blend of heritage and modernity, showcasing cutting edge technology while honouring the legacy that has defined Wettenhalls over the years,” the company says.
“From humble beginnings to becoming a leading name in transport and logistics, our journey has been driven by the passion and dedication to every team member, partner, and customer.
“As we reflect on this century of success, we also look ahead to the future. We remain committed to upholding the values that have defined us: integrity, reliability, and a forward-thinking approach to every challenge.
“A heartfelt thank you to all who have been part of our journey.
“Here’s to the next 100 years of growth, collaboration, and making an impact.”
