“The VTA State Conference is one of the most important events on our calendar,” VTA CEO Peter Anderson says.

“It provides a platform for transport operators, suppliers, and regulators to come together to address the challenges and opportunities facing our industry.

“This year, we’re focusing on safety and productivity, which are critical to ensuring the long-term success of the transport sector.

“This year’s conference theme, Safety First: Empowering People, Boosting Productivity, Shaping Transport’s Future, underscores the VTA’s ongoing commitment to prioritising safety, fostering workforce empowerment and driving innovation in the transport and logistics sector.”

Anderson adds although the panel discussions and plenary sessions will provide detailed, expert insight into the opportunities and challenges currently facing the state’s transport sector, it also presents the opportunity to engage with others in the industry.

“This conference isn’t just about listening to speakers, it’s about engaging with the people and solutions that are shaping the future of our industry,” Anderson says.

“From insightful discussions to the trade exhibition, every aspect of the conference is designed to leave participants better informed and more connected.”
