VTA hits the road in regional Victoria

Association to conduct its annual series of breakfast seminars from next week

The Victorian Transport Association (VTA) is heading to the state’s regions next week, with seminars scheduled for Shepparton, Wodonga, Warragul, and Ballarat.

The “Building Safer Communities” forums will feature exclusive presentations from key enforcement agencies on current issues affecting the transport industry and VTA members.

The regional road show has taken place annually for several years, but this is only the second time the seminars have been supported by the Victorian Enforcement Liaison Committee, bringing representatives from Victoria Police, VicRoads, and WorkSafe to meet with the industry.

Event sponsor TWU Super will also be involved in each morning event.

The forums will run from 7.00am until 10.00am on April 30 in Wodonga; May 7 in Shepparton; May 12 in Ballarat; and May 15 in Warragul.

The events are free, with the VTA requesting attendees to register via its website.
