TWUSUPER has launched a national outdoor advertising campaign to create greater awareness of the importance of superannuation.
More than 80 major outdoor billboards around Australia will be used to communicate the company’s theme – hardworking super for people in transport.
TWUSUPER CEO Bill McMillan says the campaign is not just about raising brand awareness but is part of a larger plan to get busy people who work in transport interested in super.
“Outdoor is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of communicating to people who are working long hours and often time-poor,” he says.
“We believe we have an obligation to educate our members about retirement issues. Super is not always front of mind for many of us so we have developed education materials that can be read in he lunch room or at the desk.”
Its paper-based and online education material, super tips, won a Rainmaker Marketing award late last year.
