Jenny Owen to be Managing Director in changes forced by accidental death of founder

Transtech has promoted Chief Operating Officer Andrew Rossington to be its new CEO.
In line with the appointment, Jenny Owen, a current Transtech director, will take a more active role in the company’s daily operations as the new Managing Director.
The move follows the death of founder and former CEO Shaun Owen in a light-plane crash last month.
“I assure our valued customers and partners that I will continue the legacy left by Shaun Owen,” Rossington says.
“Transtech will continue to provide the transport industry with cutting-edge technology, innovative solutions and continue to maintain close relationships with regulators.”
Rossington has served as COO since 2010, playing a key role in strategic technical roadmaps for the company, the transport compliance and mobile solutions firm says.
