TR Group rallies behind children in need

TR Group, in partnership with CMV Wodonga and Ron Finemore Transport, proudly supported the 2025 Variety B to B Bash event which united the transport community for an extraordinary cause.

As part of TR Group’s contribution, a TR-branded Volvo FH540 was supplied, CMV Wodonga provided a driver and Ron Finemore Transport supplied the trailers — together delivering the essential transport support needed to keep the event moving.

This year’s Bash raised an outstanding $1.53 million to support sick children across Australia, experiencing disadvantage, or living with a disability.

The funding will support 191 children through the Flying Start program, fund seven Sunshine Coaches to provide vital transport for schools and community groups and deliver 510 therapy grants for children and families in need.

The TR Group’s involvement reflects its ongoing commitment to staying connected with the industry, while making a difference in the general community.

“But our work doesn’t stop here,” the TR Group says. “Over the next few months, we’ll be out on the road connecting with our customers, partners, and communities at some of the biggest regional events on the industry calendar.”

These events include:

  • Henty Field Days: September 23–25, 2025
  • Elmore Field Days: October 7–9, 2025
  • Dane Ballinger Memorial Truck Show: November 15, 2025
  • Shamicks Castlemaine Truck Show: November 29–30, 2025

“These events are a chance not just to showcase our fleet and solutions, but to connect face-to-face, share ideas, and continue building strong relationships across the transport and logistics sector,” TR Group says.

“We’d love to see you there — stop by, meet the TR Group team, and discover how we’re helping drive positive change in the transport industry and the wider community.”
