Technology solutions company Toshiba Australia has announced it has partnered with a warehousing and logistics specialist to sign a 10-year lease at a joint venture estate.
Toshiba will join forces with The Consortium Clemenger (TCC) to sign the leads at The YARDS, a joint venture estate by Frasers Property Industrial and Aware Real Estate.
With construction nearing completing, the deal is a major milestone in the estate’s leasing success as Toshiba partners with TCC, who specialises in warehousing, logistics, eCommerce packing solutions and value-added services like POS kitting and retail displays.
Some of TCC’s clients include Samsung, P&G and Red Bull.
TCC has signed the 10-year lease for an 18,388sqm facility, moving in last month. The space includes 81 car parking spots, multiple all-weather loading awnings and a 100kW rooftop solar system.
Conjointly, Toshiba has committed to a 10-year lease for a 5,677sqm facility that will be occupied from August next year.
The space is designed to meet current and future business needs, including a 5,220sqm warehouse, 400sqm office space, two recessed loading docks, four flush loading docks and a 65kW solar system.
