Sisu Axles eyes Australian entry
Finnish component-maker Sisu Axles is considering starting up an Australian operation, following its acquisition by Alabama firm Marmon Highway Technologies (MHT).
Marmon, itself owned by Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway, bought Sisu from Finnish merchant bank Helmet Capital and minority shareholders just before Christmas for an undisclosed sum.
