StarTrack, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Australia Post Group, has secured a new three-year Enterprise Agreement with its workforce, following extensive consultation with employees and unions.

The agreement recognises the critical role team members play in StarTrack’s operations while positioning the business to remain competitive in the fast-paced parcels sector.

Under the terms of the Agreement, employees will receive guaranteed annual wage increases, 4 per cent in each of the first two years, followed by a 3 per cent increase plus a 1% per cent superannuation boost in the third year.

An overwhelming 97 per cent  of participating team members voted in favour of the new deal.

Australia Post executive general manager people and culture Sue Davies says the Agreement reflects the organisation’s commitment to rewarding its people.

“Our priority was to create a sustainable, clear and fair Agreement that continues to support our people as they deliver for our customers,” Davies says.

“We wanted to put money in our hard-working team members’ pockets and this agreement provides certainty about their remuneration, with guaranteed pay rises for three years.”

The Agreement will now be submitted to the Fair Work Commission for final approval.
