Silk Logistics announces new director appointment

Silk Logistics’ latest non-executive director comes from a history of leadership and mentoring in relevant industries

Logistics company Silk Logistics Holdings says it’s pleased to announce the appointment of Cheryl Hayman as a member of its board as a non-executive director from May 1 onwards.

Silk Logistics, in an ASX announcement of the appointment, says Hayman is an experienced non-executive director with a track record of applying a strategic focus to growth and managing challenges in geographic product and channel expansion.

“Strengthening the marketing, supply chain and technology related expertise of the board has been a focus of mine as chair,” Silk Logistics chair of the board Terry Sinclair says.

“We are delighted that Cheryl has agreed to join us.”
