A popular Daimler Fuso model has been recalled due to a brake lamp issue
Vehicle manufacturer Daimler Truck and Bus Australia has issued a recall on its popular Fuso Shogun model over a manufacturing issue.
The recall, which affects the Fuso Shogun FS75 2019-2021 model, impacts 392 units across Australia.
Daimler says a manufacturing defect in the vehicle’s trailer connection electrical components means the trailer stop lamps may not operate as intended.
Daimler warns this could result in users being unable to identify when the vehicle is braking as well as providing a threat for any flammable material kept near the electrical components of the Shogun.
