The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator is calling on the heavy vehicle industry to input its expertise to formulate its vision for the next decade of Australian transport.
It will hold a trio of ‘Vision 2035 Workshops’ in the second half of February. Two workshops will be held in Sydney, while one will be held in Tamworth.
More workshop dates and locations are set to be released in the near future, with each workshop taking place over the course of a seven-hour day.
“Australia’s heavy vehicle industry is rapidly changing – and we want to make sure the NHVR is ready for what the future holds,” the regulator says.
“We’re calling on the heavy vehicle industry to join us in sharing your expert insights on the opportunities, challenges, priorities and changes we’re facing as an industry over the next decade and beyond.”
The pair of Sydney workshops will take place from 9am to 4pm on Tuesday February 18 and Wednesday February 19.
The Tamworth workshop will be held from 8am to 3pm on Friday February 21.
Registration for the workshops is free.
