Safety transport forums set for Victoria

Five forums on safety within the logistics network will be held over the next two months in Victoria

Five safety transport forums will be held over the next two months as part of Freight 2011.

VicRoads and the Victorian Road Freight Advisory Council together with WorkSafe will share information and trends to help make the logistics organisations safer and more productive.

The free forums which will be based in Victoria will cover issues such as local safety reforms, drugs and alcohol in the workplace, latest development in safer vehicles, road safety reforms and WorkSafe updates.

The first session will
be held
in Mildura on June 30.
