A recall notice has been issued by Isuzu Australia for 372 units of all variants of the 2025 Isuzu FTS, FVM, FVR and FVZ model trucks.
Due to a manufacturing defect, the power steering pump O-ring seal may have been damaged allowing fluid to leak.
If this occurs, it could lead to increased steering effort resulting in a loss of vehicle control which could increase the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users.
Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by Isuzu in writing asking them to schedule an appointment with their authorised Isuzu Dealer to have the recall carried out, free of charge.
