Queensland has started important road resurfacing works along the D’Aguilar Highway
Queensland’s Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) will soon begin roughly 3.3 kilometres of pavement resurfacing works along the D’Aguilar Highway.
The area of works starts at the Bruce Highway ramps and extends to slightly west of Old Gympie Road in Caboolture.
The project includes resurfacing work on Old Gympie Road, commencing from just south of the intersection of Beerburrum Road and Pumicestone Road, and extending north towards the entrance of the Caboolture Showgrounds.
There will also be resurfacing work at the intersection of Industry Drive and Old Gympie Road.
Construction has begun and is expected to take approximately four months, weather and construction conditions permitting. Works will be undertaken at night, Sunday to Thursday, typically between 6PM and 6AM.
