Qube is ready to expand yet again, this time into the WA export and logistics market
Logistics company Qube Logistics has revealed it has agreed to acquire Fremantle-based transport and logistics business Stevenson Logistics.
In an announcement to Stevenson Logistics customers that was reported by Daily Cargo News, Qube says Stevenson Logistics will be part of the Qube group from November 1 onwards.
A Qube spokesperson told Daily Cargo News that it’s pleased to acquire Stevenson Logistics, with the acquisition enabling Qube to expand into the hay and agricultural export market in Western Australia.
“This is consistent with Qube’s strategy to diversify by geography and market,” the spokesperson says.
“Qube has evolved over more than 15 years through a mixture of organic growth. We have a proven track record of successfully integrating businesses into the group while continuing to deliver for customers.”
