Quantron leader wins Businessworld 40 under 40 award

Quantron says its global aftersales leader, and award recipient, played a key role in building its latest joint venture ROQIT

Quantron AG has announced that its director of global aftersales and digital ecosystem Tarkeshwar Rao has been awarded the BW Auto World 40 under 40 award.

The award is presented by India business magazine BW Businessworld and looks for the most influential leaders of the past year from India’s automotive sector.

“After working for 20 years in the automotive industry, working with Quantron is a once in a lifetime opportunity to really make an impact on our world,” Rao says.

“We are at the forefront of transforming the overall industry and are actively shaping a new way of doing business.

“Decarbonising the transport industry is one of the major challenges of the energy transition. We are leading this change with our innovative products, technology and digital ecosystem.”

Quantron says Rao was responsible for its new joint venture ROQIT, a collaboration between itself and Indian software company Aion Tech Solutions.

The venture aims to build an AI-driven fleet management ecosystem by using the latest IT technology and data analytics for maximum efficiency.

“We are happy to have such revolutionary minds like Tarkeshwar,” Quantron CEO Andreas Haller says.

“Our strength is our team, and I am convinced that is what makes Quantron a flagship for transforming the industry’s approach.”
