Kenworth delivers new trucks to Toll Group

Logistics company Toll Group is receiving 11 new Kenworth models due to ongoing demand

Transport and logistics company Toll Group says Kenworth was proud to hand over its latest Euro 6 trucks to Toll’s Olympic Dam and Cooper Basin operations.

Last week, Kenworth dealership CMV Truck Centre handed over two of the latest trucks to the team at Toll Group as part of a larger order of 11 Euro 6 trucks.

Of the 11 Kenworths that will be supplied with the Cummins Euro 6 powerplants in them, six of the K200s will go to Roxby Downs, while another five C509s will head to the Cooper Basin.

CMV Truck Centre says delivery on all trucks will be completed by August.

Both of these vehicle models feature a 15-litre Cummins X15 engine that can produce up to 620hp and 2,700Nm of torque.

Toll Group says the Kenworth trucks were ordered due to ongoing demand and will be used to tow both trailer and tanker sets across Australia.
