PacLease seeking to vastly expand its fleet

PacLease will be increasing its fleet with new DAF and Kenworth vehicles in 2022

On the backend of increased sales for Paccar, PacLease Australia has improved their presence in the heavy vehicle rental market with over 100 new DAF and Kenworth vehicles due for delivery in 2022.

When asked about this spike in business, PacLease Australia’s GM Andrew Molnar says “we have witnessed an unprecedented acceptance of our rental product in the heavy vehicle market over the past two years and we are looking to capitalise on this”.

The new additions to the rental fleet will comprise of the DAF CF and XF ranges, boasting the latest in safety features and Euro 6 emissions compliance as standard.

The fleet will run a mix of the in-house Paccar engines – MX-11 and MX-13.

To compliment the DAF additions, Kenworth will be represented in the PacLease Australia fleet mix with new T410’s, T610’s, T909’s and K200’s across the 26 PacLease locations nationally.

“It is important to us that our customer’s requirements are met with the equipment we offer, so we spec our PacLease units to meet their locations applications needs,” Molnar says.

The PacLease equipment will have variations including PTO and hydraulic fit ups, blowers and for the first time a Kenworth T410 with a crane.  

The additional rental equipment has come at a fantastic time and will assist PacLease Australia in their continued growth and support their customers across the rental, full-service lease and contract maintenance offerings.

“The rental fleet is really a solutions based business, utilised to fill holes for breakdown in fleets, delays in lead times for all manufacturers and to provide support for our valued full-service lease and contract maintenance customers,” Molnar says.
