The company announced the winners of its 2021 Platinum Dealer of the Year program
Hyundai has awarded its highest-performing Australian dealerships, including the National Platinum Dealer Award for 2021.
Pennant Hills Hyundai took home the national award, receiving the highly sought-after accolade during a trying time for the industry.
Securing the award requires every department at the dealership to function at its peak to deliver results that put it above the many other Hyundai dealers in Australia.
“The Hyundai brand is of the upmost importance, so for Pennant Hills Hyundai to be recognised with a Platinum Dealer Award is by far the most significant accolade a dealership has received in the company’s history,” Pennant Hills Hyundai owner Chad Davies says.
The qualifications for assessing the winner of the award came down to customer service and retention, as well as consistently high standards across all facets of a dealership.
Having claimed both the national and eastern region awards, Pennant Hills Hyundai was also joined on the podium by other regional winners:
- Zupps Hyundai – Northern region winner
- Essendon Hyundai – Southern region winner
- Stillwell Hyundai – Central region winner
- Melville Hyundai – Western region winner

The Platinum Dealer Program also recognised dealers in a series of special performance categories focused on high performance in specific areas of the business, with Essendon Hyundai also taking home the most private, business and demo (PBD) sales award and the most high-trim sales accolade.
Werribee Hyundai won the most SUV sales award, with Pennant Hills Hyundai combining it all to take home the all-important National Platinum Dealer award.
