Daimler recalls some Fuso models over steering component

The company says 211 units from the 2020 model year are affected

Fuso has recalled 211 models over an issue where steering column mounting bolts may not have been tightened sufficiently and could become loose or separate which could result in a loss of steering.

A loss of steering could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death of vehicle occupants and/or other road users.

Owners of affected vehicle can contact their authorised Daimler Commercial Vehicle Dealership as soon as possible to have the work carried out, free of charge.
