RGM Maintenance gains group's Elite Support accolade
Daimler Trucks dealership RGM Maintenance Rockhampton has achieved Elite Support certification.
The central Queensland dealership has steadily worked through 104 criteria to achieve certification through the Elite Support initiative.
These measures cover everything from customer amenities to signage, communication and provision of a prompt diagnosis, all with the aim of boosting the experience of the customer.
“I think the Rockhampton accreditation was the result of a team fully focused on achieving Elite Support certification and I’m very proud of their efforts,” RGM Maintenance director Greg Jackson said.
“We strongly believe in the Elite Support principles and continuous improvement.”
RGM Maintenance Rockhampton area manager Bobby Brennan expects the Elite Support accreditation process to help retain and attract the best people in order to help Daimler customers in the region.
“I like the structure of Elite Support as it allows me to provide my team with a place of work they are proud of that enjoy where they work,” Brennan said.
“Good service and customer satisfaction take care of themselves when you employing good people.”
RGM Maintenance operates across Central Queensland, North Queensland and the Northern Territory and provides the full range of Daimler Truck and Bus products at dealerships in Darwin, Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Rockhampton.
The firm was crowned the Daimler Dealer of the Year in 2018.
