Busy Royan snares BT Ryan smash repairs

Second acquisition in short succession after recent NZ entry

Truck and trailer repairer the Royan Group has announced its second acquisition in a week, this time buying BT Ryan smash repairs in Matraville, NSW.

Close to Sydney airport, the purchase of BT Ryan and provides Royan with a second Sydney location, and becomes the company’s 10th branch.

Its distance from Royan’s existing Chipping Norton facility will provide the ability for the two workshops to provide efficiency and flexibility for customers, according to the company.

“The company will continue to service the needs of BT Ryan customers with the range of good quality work they do, and will now also benefit from the systems and resources that Royans provide,” a company statement notes.

“BT Ryan is a respected family business with experienced staff that operate in a well-equipped repair facility, and is therefore a perfect fit for the Royan Group.”

“We would like to take this opportunity to wish Brett and Laurie all the best for their future endeavours,” the statement adds.

Royan now has two Australian branches in Sydney, two in Melbourne, and one each in Brisbane, Wagga, Dubbo, Newcastle and Wodonga.

Just last week, it announced its expansion to New Zealand following its purchase of Transvisual Spraypainters in Auckland.
