Isuzu Trucks has announced the release of what it says is an intuitive and user-friendly truck app – MyIsuzu – right in time for the 2019 Brisbane Truck Show.

Designed and developed for Australian end-users, both first-time truck buyers and existing customers, MyIsuzu aims to be more than a static ‘laundry list’ of Isuzu Truck models.

Isuzu says MyIsuzu ticks the boxes of a more conventional product-based app, but makes the often confusing process of identifying and matching the right solution to unique requirements easy, efficient and handy.

Available on Apple and Android devices (phones and tablets), the new app has been constructed with a clean and modern interface. MyIsuzu enables customers to seamlessly access Isuzu’s broad range of truck models without the need to rifle through multiple model variants within each truck type.

Intuitive toggle functions and filters allow the user to quickly determine a short list that will best fit their business needs, says Isuzu, helping speed up the process of researching the right model.

Once a customer zeroes in on their shortlist of truck models, they can then use the ‘Find a Dealer’ function to contact the nearest or preferred dealer for more information and to arrange a test drive.

MyIsuzu also provides information on a variety of service and support items, including access to the Isuzu Trucks online recall checker, service agreements and warranty information.

The app will be bolstered in the latter half of 2019 with a vehicle management feature.

Aimed at fleet and operational managers or customers with multiple Isuzu trucks, this function of MyIsuzu will house an extensive range of pertinent truck details, including model type, VIN, spec sheets, user manuals, warranty periods, servicing schedules and much more, the company says.
