Software manufacturer says consultancy will help clients make the most of data
Fleet management software company Chevin Fleet Solutions has launched a new global consultancy service to help evaluate clients’ fleet performance and management processes.
To be led by its new vice president of Global Consulting and Client Services Bill Griffiths, the service aims to help identify and build on the strengths of existing internal programs.
Griffiths says Chevin is well placed to make the most of fleet data to help companies manage them better.
“One of the most critical skills needed by a Fleet Manager goes beyond technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude and the ability to run a shop – individuals must be data-fluent, strategically focussed and expert communicators,” he says.
“We possess the unique ability to evaluate experience through a gap analysis process, which leads to an effective look at both strengths and weaknesses in any given business.”
The service aims to help clients focus on specific data, rather than being overwhelmed by the complexity of information available, and use that to help improve workflow processes.
By doing this, the service aims to help manager better understand their existing procedures, streamline work-flow and ultimately create a stronger road map for success.
Chevin currently offers the service in all of its English-speaking markets, with a view to expanding into other territories over the coming months, Chevin says.
