One very special Aussie truck is up for grabs

Penske Power Systems has announced they’re accepting tender submissions for the sale of an iconic Western Star 4800FXB prime mover.

Western Star

The unique ‘Australiana’ livery and interior symbolise Australia’s bush culture, and the truck has spent the past several years travelling the country.

The truck was designed tribute to one of Australia’s most famous rural business pioneers and has attended many truck events in its lifetime.

The Star is running a Detroit DD15 560hp engine and manual transmission, with just over 211,000 kilometres on the clock.

The truck comes complete with a range of extras, according to Penske Power Systems, including a 40" stratosphere sleeper, leather seats, alloy wheels, bull bar and walk plates, LED lighting, and stainless steel guards and light bar.
