Isuzu expands NT dealer network

Isuzu has added two new sites to its dealer network in the Northern Territory.

From March CJD Isuzu will operate as an authorised Isuzu truck dealer out of its long-standing dealership in Darwin, and its Alice Springs branch will offer sales, parts, aftersales and servicing needs.

Both CJD Isuzu facilities will be equipped with a range of Isuzu products across the weight segments and operated by sales and support staff with years of experience in the transport game.

CJD’s history stretches back to 1974, when it established itself as a truck dealer and construction equipment specialist in Western Australia, before expanding to 18 branches around the country.

CJD Isuzu’s dealer principal, Simon Cameron, says the partnership is a boon for local customers in both locations.

“We’re very excited about the opportunity. Isuzu has an excellent range and is well respected in the marketplace and we’re looking forward to distributing the product,” Cameron said.

“CJD Isuzu will be offering the market solutions from light right through to heavy-duty. We’re really excited to be able to offer Territorians Isuzu’s outstanding and reliable suite of trucks, parts, and servicing.”

IAL’s director of sales and marketing, Andrew Harbison, says the addition of CJD to the Isuzu dealer network is critical to the brand’s national footprint.

“Regardless of where our customers live and work, we’re proud to be able to supply the very best in road transport, capital equipment and strong aftersales support,” Harbison said.

“The Northern Territory is certainly a beautiful and diverse region with some testing terrain – the type of place where Isuzu trucks and equipment will be put through their paces and prove their value and reliability.

“We’re extremely pleased to have representation of the very highest order in Simon and his capable team at CJD Isuzu.”
