Continuing the expansion of its dealership network across Australia, Penske Commercial Vehicles (PCV) has appointed a new franchise in Victoria.
The Mildura-based dealership is operated by the Marshall Group.
It marks PCV’s first franchise in Victoria’s north-west region.
It will offer parts, service and warranty functions to Western Star Trucks, MAN Truck & Bus and Dennis Eagle customers.
PCV MD Kevin Dennis says the recommendation for Marshall Group as a potential dealership came from one of its customers.
“A family‐owned business, the Marshall Group is very well respected in the community, known for delivering excellent customer service,” Dennis says.
“We are always seeking opportunities to grow, and expanding our dealer network into the Mildura area is a key objective to achieve further growth of our existing customer base in the region.”
Marshall Group owner Nick Marshall says the new partnership will enable the business to grow its services based on customer needs.
“From initial discussions, it was clear that PCV shares our values and commitment to our customers in the Mildura region,” Marshall says.
“Our primary focus has always been on servicing our customers and ensuring the local area was supported.
“Partnering with PCV, we will be better resourced to grow the services we offer and look after our customers’ needs.”
The dealership is located at 335 Benetook Avenue, Mildura.
