Hino Australia has launched a Hino Advantage Rewards loyalty program for third-party repairers who purchase genuine parts.

Offering Velocity Frequent Flyer points to those who purchase from participating Hino dealers with a trade account, the new program covers a range of products from body panels to engine components.

Expecting the program to be a hit, product support senior divisional manager Greg Bleasel says Hino is "moving towards providing an improved experience for those that trust us to be their business partner."

"We are determined to add more value to their businesses; not only in the workshop but also to reward them for their hard work," he says.

"Hino Advantage Rewards is a great offer for our external trade customers, and we hope to hear stories of these points being redeemed for some well-deserved holidays!"

The truck maker says genuine parts are backed by a 12-month, 100,000km warranty and double points are up for grabs on the first $1,000 spent for those who join the program before March 31, 2016.
