Cummins Filtration takes lid off new Fleetguard website

New website packs in product information, how-to videos and advanced search

Cummins Filtration customers in the South Pacific region have a new place to browse product information after the accessory designer and manufacturer launched the Fleetguard website.

The new website, found at www.fleetguard.com.au, allows customers to search for company’s range of filtration, coolant and fuel processing systems and emissions control technology products by OEM and competitor part numbers.

In an effort to be a one-stop-shop, the website has a range of sections available to visitors alongside the parts search, with a new products section, resources centre, training centre and a products section. It is also offering customers a means to stay in touch via social media channels and an eNewsletter.

“From finding a fuel filter to learning how to install filters, everything filtration-related is at their fingertips,” Cummins Filtration Australia’s marketing communications specialist Joanne Hallworth says.

The website’s resources centre offers product literature and step-by-step how-to videos for customers keen to install products, but for those who want a greater knowledge, Cummins Filtration has training centre that incorporates a three-level online course.

“Cummins Filtration understands the important role effective filtration systems play in improving fuel economy, increasing power output and reducing the total cost of ownership of equipment,” Cummins Filtration Australia’s general manager Paul Godenzi says.

“Our new website makes it easy for customers to access the best filtration products and maintenance practices to minimise downtime associated with repairs and servicing.”

To promote the launch of the website Cummins Filtration has three Kincrome Bluesteel 158 Piece Tool Chests valued at $1,500 to give away.

The company says these can be won by heading to the website and finding the Fleetguard Filterman.
