Maxiparts Acquires RW International Parts

Maxiparts has announced the acquisition of RW International Parts in Wagga Wagga.

Maxiparts has acquired RW International Parts in Wagga Wagga, and plan to relocate the store to a nearby location.

The new store is expected to start trading on March 3, and can be found at 150 Hammond Avenue.

“This strategic acquisition is complementary to the existing Maxiparts wholesale and retail network and will further improve our expanding coverage of the Australian market,” Maxiparts general manager Peter Loimaranta says.

This acquisition will bring the total number of Maxiparts retail stores in the country to 20.

“This strategic acquisition is complementary to the existing Maxiparts wholesale and retail network and will further improve our expanding coverage of the Australian market,” Loimaranta says.

“With the addition of Maxiparts’ diverse core product range, Maxiparts Wagga Wagga will be a one stop shop for the area, so whether our customers are after a car fridge, tool kit, LED light, tyres or axles and suspensions, they will be able to find it at our store,” he adds.

RW International Parts was established in 1983, and the current owner, Rex Waters, will remain with the company for a few months to aid with the transition.
