Maxiparts has acquired Ratcliff Transport Spares in Dubbo in New South Wales and will rebrand it as Maxiparts Dubbo.
Maxiparts has made a large number of acquisitions in recent times, including RW International Parts in Wagga Wagga and Central Coast Truck Parts in NSW.
This expansion brings the total number of Maxiparts retail and wholesale sites across Australia to 24.
“In the past six months our expansion in NSW has included the relocation of our Albury and Ingleburn branches to bigger, better facilities, along with the acquisition of Central Coast Truck Parts in Warnervale and RW International Parts in Wagga Wagga,” Maxiparts General Manager Peter Loimaranta says.
“The further acquisition of Ratcliff Transport Spares in Dubbo is integral to the existing Maxiparts network and not only improves our coverage in NSW, but Australia wide.”
Maxiparts says that the acquisition will have a minimal effect on current customers.
“For Ratcliff Transport Spares’ present customers, it will be business as usual with no change to existing staff and location. But now, with the addition of Maxiparts’ diverse core product range, Maxiparts Dubbo will be a one stop shop for the area,” Loimaranta says.
