Prospective Hino buyers in the New South Wales Illawarra region have a new dealer to satisfy their needs, with the opening of Illawarra Hino.
Director Tony White purchased the Hino franchise from long-time dealer Tory Hino, and will operate from two locations with dealerships at Wollongong and Albion Park Rail.
Illawarra Hino dealer principal Bob Norman says that several key staff from Tory Hino have transferred across to the new organisation.
“Hino builds a high quality product, and is in the business of providing transport solutions to a wide range of clients, all with different needs,” Norman says.
“Illawarra Hino staff understands that every client is different, but they all expect reliable and innovative product, excellent service, and quick parts back-up.”
Hino Australia Chief Operating Officer Steve Lotter welcomed the appointment of Illawarra Hino and paid tribute to Albert Tory.
“Hino would like to thank Albert Tory and his team for their contribution to the Hino brand over many years,” Lotter says.
“We wish Albert the very best for the future and likewise for Tony White and his team at Illawarra Hino.”
