Western Star launches limited edition trucks

Western Star has released 60 limited edition 4900FXT trucks to celebrate 30 years in Australia.
Equipped with a Detroit Diesel DD15 560hp (411kW) engine, 30 of the trucks will be pained in blue, with 30 coming in slate grey.
Western Star says the trucks will come with special features such as 30th anniversary logos, stainless steel fittings, front fender extensions and an RM Williams and Western Star co-branded owner-drivers pack.
The pack includes a travel bag, luggage tag, wash bag, leather book keeper and towel.
"We are very pleased to release these limited edition trucks as part of our 30 year celebrations," Western Star Australia General Manager Doug Shand says.
The trucks are now being released throughout the Western Star dealer network.
