Cooper Fluid Systems has just released its new lubrication system designed to increase running efficiency in heavy vehicles.
The NGM Road Warrior, which is now available in Australia, is the company’s latest offering in automatic chassis lubrication systems.
The company says the system meets the demands of those operating trucks and trailers, skidsteers and cement mixers.
Furthermore, Cooper Fluid Systems says its innovation will work in all different types of environments and applications.
The pump is operated by rack and pinion technology. This is operated by an integrated timer in the pump housing that delivers the required amount of grease to the bearing points.
The unit incorporates the pump, manifold, controller and lubricant reservoir in a single impact and weather resistant housing.
The company says the NGM Road Warrior’s grease cartridge can be replaced when empty or refilled via a bulk filling adaptor.
The unit can be sold in a kit form, which includes 12 grease points, fittings and tubing ready to fit onto the truck or trailer.
