There will be new travel restrictions in place for Oversize and Overmass (OSOM) vehicles on Freemans Drive and Leggetts Drive between Palmers and Lake roads.
Due to ongoing slope stabilisation and pavement reconstruction works, from Monday September 29, OSOM vehicles travelling under The Notice or Permit, will be restricted to travel Monday to Friday only, between 9:30am and 2:30pm. No OSOM movements are permitted outside these times.
These restrictions are expected to remain in place for up to six months and are in addition to the existing changed traffic conditions already in effect on Freemans Drive.
Vehicles with widths up to 3.5 metres may pass safely at any time.
Operators are advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
