Ofload welcomes a new chief financial officer

Sydney-based digital freight provider Ofload has added a new face to its executive ranks with the appointment of Harmen Fredrikze as its new chief financial officer.

Fredrikze joins Ofload from WiseTech Global where he was group financial controller.

Prior to that role he was acting CFO and group controller for software business Bravura Solutions.

Fredrikze holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nyenrode University. He is also a CPA and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

Ofload founder and CEO Geoffroy Henry says Harmen is a welcome addition to the team.

“We’re delighted to welcome Harmen into the team,” he says.

“He’s led finance at some of the fastest-growing and most complex businesses in the game.

“His experience will be crucial as we continue scaling with discipline and pace.”

For Fredrikze, the timing is right.

“Ofload is at a pivotal point in its growth,” he says.

“I’m excited to join a company with such a strong mission and momentum, and to help build the next chapter alongside a highly talented team.”

The appointment marks the latest senior hire at Ofload, following the recent hire of Dean Newman, former Director at Woolworths Group, as chief operating officer.
