Northline shifting to new HQ

Move to Norwood will provide the company with room to expand

April 24, 2012

Northline has outgrown its headquarters in the Adelaide suburb of Unley and will relocate to Norwood.

The move, due next month, will see the transport and logistics firm on the top floor of the former AV Jennings building at 62 The Parade, following the signing of a five-year lease, the company says.

Northline Marketing Manager Jessica Beaton says the move to Norwood would provide room for further expansion.

“At the moment, we’re very crowded at our Unley office,” she says.

“As we gear up for further growth in the business, especially with the exciting opportunities we see in the Top End, particularly within the mining, oil and gas exploration sectors, we wanted to ensure that our corporate services area could support that growth.”

Involving the relocation of 65 head-office staff, the shift will involve its executive, finance, sales and marketing, communications, human resources and information technology teams, along with its client-services division

Northline’s transport depot and South Australia distribution centre will remain at Ferryden Park.
