Scott’s Transport CEO Peter Anderson has pledged to face down many of the defects NSW authorities say they have identified in the company's trucks during Operation Overland.

The NSW Police and Roads and Maritime Service initiative allegedly found 71 breaches after the targeting of Scott’s trucks in NSW and South Australia.

NHVR progess clearer in coming months says Hancock

The next two to three months are crucial for progress on the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR), NHVR Project Director Richard Hancock has told ATN on the fringes of the International Truck, Trailer and Equipment Show. VicRoads registers refrigerated sector code

Another step on the chain of responsibility path for the refrigerated supply chain has been taken, with VicRoads registering its Code of Practice, the Refrigerated Warehouse and Transport Association (RWTA) reports. Chain of Responsibility legislation (CoR) has been introduced by all State governments to regulate the responsibility of how freight is loaded, secured and transported.
