Toll Auto Logistics will move into a new purpose-built warehouse complex in Brisbane’s developing TradeCoast precinct.
The company has signed a lease on the 11,660 square metre facility at Thynne Road in Morningside through Jones Lang LaSalle.
The concrete tilt panel office facility is larger than its exciting site, allowing room for expansion.
The position of the site, 2km from the Gateway Motorway, suited the import-based business, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Gary Hyland says.
“They were attracted to the site having loading docks and also being within close proximity to the port. Proximity to the Port is a requirement of quite a few of Toll’s customers,” he says.
The commencement rental has not been disclosed but market rates for this type of property are between $115 and $125 square metres.
