Latest regional forum will hold special dinner to celebrate 25 years of the Australian Road Train Association
Industry group NatRoad is gearing up for another of its regional trucking forums, with the latest event taking place in central New South Wales on February 15.
Industry identities and government representatives will converge on Dubbo on Saturday for the forum, which begins at the Dubbo RSL Resort Complex at 9am and will focus on road transport efficiency and productivity through innovation.
NSW Roads Minister Duncan Gay will headline a list of speakers that includes National Transport Commission (NTC) CEO Paul Retter, NRMA Regional Director Graham Blight and representatives from the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) and NSW Police.
The forum will also mark 25 years of the Australian Road Train Association (ARTA), which merged with NatRoad in December 2008. A dinner will be held to commemorate the milestone.
Those seeking more information on the forum and dinner need to contact NatRoad on 02 6295 3000.
