Truck and trailer parts firm launches on-line tyre store, which it expects to help modernise sales process

Truck and trailer parts firm MaxiTrans Parts has launched an on-line tyre store, called In2Tyres.
MaxiTrans Parts, which incorporates the Colrain and Queensland Diesel Spares operations, expects the website to help modernise the tyre sales process.
“We have been conditioned to believe in this country that the only way to buy tyres is to have them fitted at the same place where we buy them, which adds a great deal of extra expense,” MaxiTrans Parts General Manager Peter Loimaranta says.
“In2Tyres follows overseas trends by making tyres available to buy independently of installation, meaning owners can fit the tyres themselves or make use of more economical independent tyre fitters. By also utilising a low cost online retail model, we are able to pass considerable cost savings on to the end user.”
Customers can now order online with the option of either delivery to a nominated address or collection from the many Colrain and Queensland Diesel Spares branches throughout the countr
