Quantium Solutions teams up with StarShipIT

Deal will see customers share warehousing services and shipping and tracking software

New Zealand-based shipping and tracking software company StarShipIT will work with Singapore Post subsidiary Quantium Solutions to help streamline their respective offers to online retailers.

The deal will allow Quantium Solutions customers to use StarShipIT’s integrated shipping and tracking software while StarShipIT customers can opt to use Quantium Solutions’ warehousing services across Asia, Australia, the US and Europe.

Singapore Post also owns other Australian-based companies CouriersPlease and Hubbed, the latter of which is also a StarShipIT partner.

StarShipIT co-founder George Plummer says the agreement is a big win for its Australian customers.

“Our clients will benefit from a new range of services including warehousing as well as providing even more flexibility and shipping options,” he says.

Quantium Solutions Australia and New Zealand general manager Per Gustafsson says the partnership will give his company access to a wider customer base.

“We offer a full suite of customised fulfilment and delivery solutions, to allow online sellers to focus on growing their business while we take logistics off their hands,” he says.

“Our strong physical presence in Asia and around the world will mean more online sellers can grow their businesses overseas.”

The deal will also allow sellers to bulk print labels, packing slips and invoices – helping to reduce dispatch times, and also have their customers notified with branded tracking updates.

Quantium Solutions operates in 19 markets and provides delivery, mailing, warehousing and fulfilment services to some of Australia’s largest fashion and beauty brands.
