Former Toll Group Global business development director to head up consultancy's Asian operations
Australian supply chain and property consultancy TM Insight has appointed Dominic Rego as managing director of the company’s Asian operations, based in Singapore.
Rego, a former director of business development at Toll Group Global and managing partner of Ginkgo Management Consulting, will also be a part of the company’s executive team.
In the new role Rego will focus on expanding the business in the Asia Pacific Region, utilising his supply chain and commercial industry experience in the region to service corporate occupiers in the industrial property sector.
TM Insight director and co-founder Milan Andjelkovic welcomed the appointment, saying Rego “undoubtedly brings a superior level of experience of the Asia Pacific region to our business.”
The company noted that Rego had helped to set the strategic direction for key Fortune 500 companies as part of his 20 years of experience in both management consulting and logistics.
“To have someone of Dominic’s calibre leading and expanding our business in Asia puts us ahead of the pack and enhances our property and supply chain service offering to Australian and Asian clients,” Andjelkovic says.
For his part, Rego says he was attracted to TM Insight by the way they has been able to disrupt the Australian industrial property market very quickly.
“TM Insight’s unique and integrated approach to property and supply chain drew me to the business and I look forward to enhancing their service offering to clients across the Asia Pacific region,” he says.
The appointment comes about seven months after the company appointed another former general manager of Toll Group’s business development and solutions department, Rob Turner, as director of its supply chain division.
