Real estate agents Colliers International and JLL have bundled 13 industrial and logistics assets in a move hoping to find a business in need of a national portfolio.

Taken en bloc, the facilities could give a new entrant an immediate national footprint.

The 13 locations, across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia, have a collective site area over 678,000sqm and a gross leasable area of 303,398sqm.

In their advertising material, the real estate agents say the portfolio has a net income of $34.08 million and a weighted average lease expiry of approximately seven years.

Expressions of interest close at noon on Friday, November 6.

Per state, the locations are:


  • 7 Viola Place Brisbane Airport, (Cross dock configured warehouse within the Brisbane Airport Precinct.)
  • 67–69 Diesel Drive Mackay, (Two warehouses and attached office building.)
  • 140–160 Robinson Road Geebung, (Two freehold titles comprising of five tenancy areas over multiple industrial office /warehouse buildings.)
  • 17 Sugarmill Road Meeandah, (Multi-tenanted industrial office/warehouse facility, configured into six tenancies across four buildings.)

New South Wales

  • 120 Hume Highway, Chullora (Modern industrial showroom facility with 26,680sqm.)
  • 92 Kurrajong Avenue, Mount Druitt, (Two existing industrial units of 2,860sqm and 3,764sqm.)


  • 130–138 Link Road Tullamarine, (Two warehouse buildings with two level attached offices.)
  • 55–65 Sky Road Tullamarine, (Industrial warehouse and two level attached office building.)
  • 41–57 South Centre Road Tullamarine, (Warehouse and two level attached office building.)
  • 364–426 Old Geelong Road Hoppers Crossing, (Warehouse and attached office building.)
  • 309 Fitzgerald Road Derrimut, (Warehouse with two office accommodation areas.)

South Australia

  • 103–109 West Avenue Edinburgh (Industrial truck service centre, attached two level office building and showroom space.)

 Western Australia

  • 218 Bannister Road Canning Vale, (Transport distribution facility, divided amongst six modern buildings providing cold storage and general ambient warehousing and detached two storey office building.)
