This partnership will be the first time that TMHA has become involved with the V8 Supercars.

"Many forklift buyers, renters and operators are keen V8 Supercars fans, and the V8 Supercar events provide an ideal setting for corporate hospitality opportunities," TMHA Executive Vice President Steve Takacs says.

"Toyota have been a great company to deal with," Team Jeld-Wen Owner Charlie Schwerkolt says.

"We have been buying Toyotas since the mid-1990s and they've been our product of choice ever since. We've owned thousands of Toyota forks, and have found that our clients appreciate the premium product that we provide as result," Schwerkolt adds.

Jack Perkins is the son of Bathurst winner Larry Perkins, and will be driving a new number 18 car as part of Ford Performance Racing’s four-car factory squad.

The 2014 V8 Supercar season began in February and finishes in December.
