Lencrow Materials Handling has just released a new pedestrian reach stacker.

On the drawing board over the last twelve months, the unit has been tested to ensure the latest in operator safety and ergonomic operation.

Built to be used in small to medium businesses, operators need only be instructed in the
safe use of the equipment
as licensing is unnecessary.

Lencrow General Manger Ross Grassick says the stacker offers standard features that in the past were limited to more expensive, larger units.

These include power steering coupled with step-less AC drive making the unit easy to operate for all drivers.

Other features include finger-tip control for all hydraulic functions and side shift standard on all models.

"We have worked with the factory to make this unit user friendly, while keeping in mind
it must be priced to be affordable to all sectors of business," Grassick says.

"This unit ticked all the boxes and we feel it is the safe alternative for many businesses."

The reach stacker’s 320 amp hour battery offers long duty cycles between charging, causing little or no harm to the environment.

It is available in lift heights to 5500mm and with a nominal capacity of 1500kgs.
