Workplace safety specialist Actisafe has launched automated and manual lifting devices for safer work with pallets, skids, bins and stacks.

Known as Actilift, the range includes the premium product – ‘Quikstak Smart Stacker’ automated stacker – as well as a series of manual and automated lifting trolleys.

As Actisafe is a Defence Preferred Supplier, all its products are heavy duty to sustain long operating life in demanding sites such as military depots.

Quikstak Smart Stacker has automatic height adjustment during loading and unloading to keep the work height at an optimised set position for better ease of use and reduced potential for operator injury.

This in-built height adjusting sensor keeps the unit positioned at pre-determined heights whether it is loaded with palletised goods, bottles or large sheet material.

Optional built-in digital scales allow the operator to calculate the exact product weight while working.

Actilift lifting trolleys are more like traditional hand pallet jacks and can be supplied as battery powered units or completely manual.

Unlike common hand pallet jacks, these are constructed from slightly lighter material, but they do not sacrifice durability.
