Heavy Duty Tractor supplier TERBERG launches the YT220 EURO Yard Tractor

An evolution of TERBERG’s current YT220 yard tractor, the YT220 EURO incorporates a range of innovative design features and options the company says set new standards in operator comfort and safety.
The cabin has had a complete makeover and features a modern user friendly dashboard and controls, integrated air conditioning and heating for the Australian climate, and an ISRI air suspension seat with integrated seatbelt.
“The YT220 EURO continues the TERBERG tradition of the most spacious cabin in the industry,” the company says.
“Its ergonomically designed cabin has the highest and widest door entry plus the option of a sliding rear door (preferred by some Australian operators) or a conventional side door.”
Safety and liability protection is an integral part of the YT220 EURO design with a certified FOPS/ROPS cabin supplemented by intrusion barrier(s) to prevent cabin damage or operator injury in the event of a trailer over-run.
Safe operator access is also ensured with wide full surround steps and three points of contact on both sides of the tractor.
The YT220 EURO is also available with the option of a EURO 5 compliant Cummins ISBe5-225 diesel engine producing 165kW (221HP).
