Lindsay Australia appoints new CIO

Former NHVR and Virgin Australia executive Cameron Stone has been appointed as Lindsay Australia’s new Chief Information Officer

Lindsay Australia has welcomed former NHVR and Virgin Australia Chief Information Officer (CIO) Cameron Stone into its operations as the company’s new CIO.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Cameron Stone as the new CIO at Lindsay Australia,” a company statement reads.

“Cam brings a wealth of experience, having served as CIO at Virgin Australia, Ticketek, and the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator. He’ll lead our Information, Technology and Operational Systems teams, focusing on enhancing and transforming our platforms to support and streamline the way we work.

“As a member of the Executive Committee, Cam will report directly to our CEO Clayton McDonald, driving innovation and strengthening our tech capabilities for the future.”

Stone has arrived at Lindsay following three years as CIO at the NHVR, prior to which he spent over a year at Ticketek and over seven years with Virgin Australia.

He has also spent time at Aurizon.
